Daytona Beach, FL (November 1, 2007)…Joey Lamielle (Sarasota, FL) carded a final round four-under par 68 in the Hooters Tour’s Bridgestone Winter Series over the 7088 yard, par 72 LPGA International Champions Course to earn his first career Hooters title.
Lamielle carded rounds of 68-69-68 for a three day total of eleven-under par 205 and a playoff victory over Juan Weissenburg.
Lamielle collects $11,818 for his first professional win, while Weissenburg takes home $5,717 for his runner-up finish.
The Hooters Bridgestone Winter Series returns to the Legends Course at LPGA International next week for week two of the series.
